Be cautious when dealing with Candance Joseph. An apartment listed everywhere for $1,800 was suddenly raised to $1,900 once I moved forward and mentioned I’d be using government assistance. Changing the price under those circumstances feels deceptive and unprofessional. Listings should reflect the actual price, not shift based on who is applying.
